Boulder Opal from Central Queensland, Australia.

Piece of boulder opal from Winton area, large, blocked down with colour pockets and cut down to be easy to work on. It looks very nice as a specimen, however, plenty of material to be cut and practised with.

The pieces are wet to bring out the colours.
The Ruler is measured in millimetres.
Measurements are generally rounded down and approximate.
