Return Policy

Please read this Returns Policy careful as it represents a legally binding agreement between you and By submitting your order and by your use of’s Website, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this Return Policy.

  • Return of goods must be completed within 7 days. (This may be extended at’s discretion)

Faulty Goods

If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us by email at [email protected] immediately on the day of receipt of the item.  A refund, credit or exchange will be arranged.

If the stones are damaged, other than in transit WILL NOT accept responsibility.  Some examples of damages:

  • If any attempt has been made to be cut or alter the goods
  • If they have been dropped or broken while setting or wearing the product.
  • If stones have been modified, they cannot be returned

The above is NOT all inclusive and reserves the right to consider other problems as they arise.
Because Opal is a natural material the stone or jewellery piece may have imperfections, flaws, chips or such and is deemed to natural flaw a claim may not be upheld. I such a case the flaw has been allowed in the pricing
Customers are protected by Australian Consumer Law

Exceptions to Returns

Some items cannot be returned due to the nature of the item itself.  This includes:

  • Earrings – This is a health risk
  • Damaged items – If an item has been damaged or cut in any way, we cannot give a refund

Change of Mind Refunds

We do not refund items for Change of Mind.

Item Received is not as Described

If you feel item you have received is not as described then you may be entitled to a refund, credit or exchange on the item.  Please contact us by email to [email protected] immediately.

Please note: There may be a 15% re-stocking fee on returned goods.


All returned goods must be insured, and freight paid.

Any taxes or charges outside those of the original product will NOT be refunded as these are outside our control.

Any dispute arising in relation to this Returns Policy shall be exclusively resolved in the Courts of New South Wales, Australia.
