A large piece of Koroit Boulder Opal from Central Queensland, Australia.

A single piece of solid boulder opal, was sliced out of a larger piece to expose the bright colours. A large piece, easy to craft and make smaller cuts for reshaping.

The piece is wet to bring out the colours.
The Ruler is measured in millimetres.
Measurements are generally rounded down and approximate.
